Jeff is extremely passionate about making sure content is accessible for all, particularly for those who are D/deaf or hard of hearing. One of the ways he does this is by captioning and transcribing all videos for all companies he works for.

Among others, there are two campaigns he has been a part of that he is especially honored and proud of:

As a trans person himself, Jeff wishes to bring about awareness and acceptance for any member of the LGBTQ+ community.

Jeff has strived to be a visible, educational resource for any who may need it by documenting his transition on Youtube, speaking at diversity trainings, and more.
